Drawing inspiration from the local context, this design aims at providing its owner with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Situated in a secure estate, the open living spaces extend seamlessly from the house outward. The bedrooms are placed on the first floor for greater privacy and are strategically set back and oriented to optimize northern sunlight, enhancing warmth and natural light throughout the day. The living areas are thoughtfully located on the ground floor to promote an open, social, and interactive household
